Social Enterprise Magazine

Good Deals 2010 is brought to you by Social Enterprise magazine, which aims to be the most engaging, informative and useful resource for business people who are passionate about changing lives, building communities and nurturing the environment.

Through our monthly magazine, our daily updated website socialenterpriselive.com and a range of special publications and events, our mission is to bring together the huge range of individuals and organisations in the worlds of social entrepreneurship, social innovation, social investment and social responsibility in a space where they can learn about, inspire and do deals with one another – and tell the rest of the world what they’re missing.

Social Enterprise commits more than 90 per cent of profits towards its social goals in supporting the sector. The Good Deals conference and the RBS SE100 index, our index of top 100 high growth social businesses, are key recipients of this support. This year, with help from the Future Jobs Fund, we have also been able to provide a job with training and support to a young person who has been long-term unemployed, to help him take his first steps towards a career as a journalist.

Social Enterprise is produced by Society Media, a leading communications agency in the social change arena, with a portfolio of clients ranging from housing associations to government departments and ethical fund managers.
